8 rules to losing body fat

  • Rule #1 Water. Stay hydrated. Half your body weight in water ounces. Water bottles should be non-BPA
  • Rule #2 Mix it up. Do different type of exercises. Make your body guess.
  • Rule #3 Stick with it!! Stay consistent. Set it up so there’s accountability.
  • Rule #4 Intensity. Make it comfortable but challenging.
  • Rule #5 Quality over quantity, Not how much you lift but how you’re doing it. Precession, concentration (put your mind into the muscle), control (maintain proper form), breathing (maintain proper breath).
  • Rule #6 Eating the right type of protein. Nutrition is key. If you want to get results eat lean meats such as chicken and lean meats. Legumes and beans are good sources of protein.
  • Rule #7 Get your rest. this is critical. You need to rest your body.
  • Rule #8 Have a rest day.
